Mr Yogesh Kumar has been appointed as Director of country’s prestigious Light Combat Aircraft (LCA-Tajas) project at the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore. Prior to his appointment, Mr Yogesh Kumar was the Executive Director heading Aircraft Research & Design Centre (ARDC) and Rotary Wings Research & Design Centare (RWRDC) of HAL. A product of Punjab Engineering college and IIT, Madras, Yogesh Kumar has played a key role in development of LCA and Intermediate Jet Trainer (IJT) at HAL.
