Sheet Metal

• Rolling machines to roll sheets & plates upto 25mm thickness and 5 mts width, (Al.alloy)
• Facility for Hydroforming spherical domes of diameter upto 2.5 meters.

Tooling

• A dedicated tool design section with latest facilities for CAD.

Process Shop

• Large size tanks for vapour degreasing, chemical cleaning of components upto 3.5 meters diameter.
• Vacuum impregnation & chromating of components upto 1 meter diameter.
• Cadmium plating facility for bracketory items.

Heat Treat

• Bottom quenching solutionizing furnace for Aluminium alloy components of size 1.5 mtrs diameter & 2.5 meters height
• Large size spray quench furnace for components.
• Low temperature ageing furnace capable of handling large components of size 4 meters diameter and 10 meters length.
• Other ageing furnaces. 

Inspection

• Large 3D Coordinating Measuring Machine of size 9 Mtrs x 4 Mtrs x 5.5 Mtrs.
• Computerized Remote Measuring system for inspection of larger components and Assembly jigs.
• Facilities for NDT like fine focus x-ray, Magnaflux and surface crack detections.
• Work test laboratory for me
